Mothering Moments is a parenting course adapted from the National Fatherhood Initiative’s parenting program called Inside Dad. The course runs for 12 weeks and covers the following topics: hopes and fears, remembering the past, uncovering the type of parent that you are, anger management, communication, self esteem, discipline, and the developmental stages of childhood.

Who is helped?

All women are eligible to participate, including mothers, grandmothers and women who have had issues with their parents growing up.

Capacity: 25 women at any given time.
