GSAXcess® Photo Upload Guidelines
Reporting agencies are encouraged to send digital or scanned photographs for federal excess personal property to GSA. The old adage "a picture is worth a thousand words" is appropriate in screening excess/surplus personal property. The more that is known about an item, the better the chances are for reutilization by another federal agency or donation to a state agency for distribution.
