Marines with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit's (MEU) command element, get a class on the M9 Beretta pistol for combat pistol marksmanship training at Fort Pickett, Va., Sept. 13, 2012. The training focused on the fundamentals of drawing, assessing and firing at a paper target while wearing a full combat load. This training is part of the 26th MEU's pre-deployment training program. The 26th MEU is slated to deploy in 2013.
