This Hot Topic Forum presentation provides an overview of a model used to measure program success. The model - developed by the Defense Acquisition University in response to a U.S. Army requirement, and called the Program Success Metrics Model - is used widely throughout DoD. It provides decision makers with a set of metrics to help determine the health of a defense acquisition program. Two links are provided - one to the ppt presentation of the model, the second to a video-on-demand copy of the presentation.
