Recreational Vehicle (RV) Storage

Base Alameda MWR maintains two RV storage areas: one on Coast Guard Island and the other in Concord at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. These RV storage area are available for the storage of personal watercraft and recreational vehicles. Contact the Auto Hobby Shop in Building 19 at 510-437-3883 for availability of RV storage spaces and current rental rates. If no space is available, an individual may be placed on a waiting list. All waiting lists are categorized with Active Duty personnel taking precedence. It is the responsibility of the renter to keep their rental area clean at all times. MWR has the right to hold a compliance inspection of any rented areas without prior notice or permission. Anyone found to be in violation of any of the above rules or regulations will be evicted without reimbursements of the remaining fees. Base Alameda, MWR, or any other command located on Coast Guard Island will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while in storage. All renters must provide and keep current boat and recreational vehicle licensing and registration.
