Description The committee on gas fluids measurement conducted a thorough review and revision of Part 2 of API Chapter 14.3,AGA Report #3. The report incorporated the installation requirements from improvements in technology gathered from research and the field experience gained.
Progress Report finalized and discussed at the April and September, 1999  API Production Measurement meeting. This project is proprietary and may not be available for public viewing.
