Power Inside offers support groups and workshops to women in jail, prison and the community. In our trauma-informed groups we address addiction, health, prostitution, and domestic violence. Power Inside uses a strength-based curriculum to enhance the skills of women to make change, cope with crisis, resolve conflicts, and better access community resources.
