| BLM-New Mexico State Director Jesse Juen Receives Law Enforcement Campaign Hat
With the recent swearing-in of Jesse Juen as BLM-New Mexico's new state director, BLM Law Enforcement Rangers took the opportunity to issue him an official U.S. Ranger campaign hat. The campaign hat is a strong and recognizable symbol of our law enforcement program. |
| Volunteers Help Clean Up Buckman Area A huge thank you to all the folks who came out in November to help clean up BLM’s Buckman area outside of Santa Fe. Most of a large dumpster was filled with the trash collected. Special thanks especially to all the volunteers from the Blackfeather Trail Preservation Alliance. Kudos to all and thanks again for helping keep New Mexico beautiful. |

Ranger Mike Carpenter and his German Shepherd are the newest BLM K-9 team and the first for New Mexico. Ranger’s primary mission is handler protection and narcotics detection. More>> |
