The construction has common room facilities as well have space for on-site Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) social workers and support services.

TNDC is a non-profit organization established in 1981. They maintain a growing portfolio of 30 buildings serving 3,000 tenants in the Tenderloin and surrounding neighborhoods.
