Prince George’s County developerd Patrick Q. Ricker, age 53, of Bowie, Maryland, is scheduled to be sentenced on October 5 , 2012, at 9:30 a.m. , in federal courtroom 4C in Greenbelt, Maryland, for their participation in an extortion scheme arising in Prince George’s County. Ricker also pleaded guilty to tax evasion. He faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison on each count.
