ULI Greenprint Center Adds New Members and Partners

Energy-efficient buildings can reduce carbon emissions.

The ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance has added five new members and three innovation partners. New members BlackRock, Grosvenor, Silverstein Properties, Thomas Properties Group, and UDR, Inc. will be joining a worldwide alliance committed to reducing carbon emissions across the global property industry.  New innovation partners Cisco, Johnson Controls and Lutron will help the center to increase awareness of innovative technologies and best operating practices to reduce energy and carbon emissions. ULI Panel Recommendations Adopted in Buffalo and Stockton

In Buffalo, NY, Kaleida Health has selected Chason Affinity’s $65 million proposal to create a school of veterinary medicine on the site of the former Gates Circle Hospital, shown here.
