Careers in Sociology

Have you ever thought to yourself, what am I going to do with a degree in sociology?  If you have, do not worry because you are not alone.  Many students struggle with the thought of determining what life will be like after college.  Again there is no need to worry because the AKD is here to help you!  In effort to help you think about career options available to people with a degree in sociology, we have compiled some sample careers paper that sociology and criminology students have written for the course Careers, Practice and Professional Computing for Sociology and Criminology (SOC/CJS200) at Le Moyne.  These papers will give you a sense of what you can do with your major.  In addition to the sample careers paper, we have also included some websites that we hope you will find informative.  We hope that you find these resources valuable!
