  The Seventeenth Annual USGS "Talent Within" Art Show

    October 1 through 30th

 
When:

Entries will be accepted September 17th – 27th for the October 2012 show.

 
What:

Most types of arts and crafts projects will be accepted, including carvings, ceramics, digital art, needlework, paintings, paper crafts, sculptures, woodworking, and others. Photography is shown at another time of year.  Entries must be of finished quality (mounted, framed, ready to hang, whatever is appropriate for the entry). Display cases will be available for other types of art work.

 
Who:

Reston-based USGS employees, contractors, retirees, or family members. We will again accept pieces for the children’s corner. Children’s artwork in any of the media formats and ready to hang or display is welcome.

     Volunteers are needed for hanging art, reception, and take down.
