Overcoming Diabetes: Diabetes Care in High Risk Populations

For four years, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) has convened a forum that provided a platform to address the severe onset of type 2 diabetes in high-risk populations. The goal for this year’s forum is to collaborate with partners to address the disparity of cultural competency, health literacy and health equity in health care, specifically in populations at highest risk for type 2 diabetes.
