DOE and NREL to Host Meeting for Community

Golden, Colo., May 4, 1998 — Please include the following information in your calendar section.

What: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and its National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) will host a community meeting to share information about NREL's management and operating contract status; major events; funding and employment issues; construction plans; DOE's Environmental Assessment; Public Service Company's pipeline on NREL property; and Camp George West. Who: Members of the public are invited to attend.

When: Tuesday, May 12 at 6 p.m.

Where: NREL Visitors Center, 15013 Denver West Parkway in Golden. To reach the Visitors Center, take Interstate 70 to exit 263 (Denver West Boulevard). Turn north toward the Denver Marriot West Hotel. At stop sign, turn left at Denver West Parkway and continue past the hotel. The Visitors Center is on the right.
