Mangione, Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Investigations, and Amie R. Tanchak, Resident Agent in Charge, U.S. Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, announced that defendant Shahrazad Mir Gholikhan, was sentenced on March 6, 2009. U.S. District Judge James I Cohn sentenced Gholikhan to a term of sixty-three (63) months in prison for illegally exporting defense articles to Iran.
