ANNOTATION: The provision of case management services and the acquisition of the “appropriate reentry transitional and supportive services required to implement each participant’s individual reentry plan” are mandatory (p. 5). The use of cognitive-behavioral techniques is essential. All interventions must support critical thinking and effective decision-making. This RFP is divided into six parts: introduction; scope of services; instructions to proposers; evaluation and selection process; criteria; and submission of proposal. Appendixes provide copies of forms for the Pricing Proposal, Economic Disclosure Statement, and Contract.
