Upper Mississippi River System:
Long Term Resource Monitoring Program

The Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center is the science leader of the Long Term Resource Monitoring Program (LTRMP), a component of the Environmental Management Program. The LTRMP is the Nation's largest river monitoring program with six remote state-operated field stations.
