NYLC Meets Accountability Standards

The National Youth Leadership Council is pleased to announce it has met the Charities Review Council’s Accountability Standards for nonprofits.

The Charities Review Council is an independent resource for people who make contributions to support nonprofit organizations. They are dedicated to empowering donors in making informed and thoughtful giving decisions. Minnesota is currently the only state that has such an independent resource for donors.

Project Ignition Offers Teen Driver Safety Grants To High School Students

Project Ignition is pleased to announce the availability of $2,000 grants for public high schools to support their students in addressing teen driver safety using service-learning.

Now in its ninth year, Project Ignition offers grants to students and their advisors interested in creating impactful awareness campaigns focused on teen driver safety using service-learning. Youth-led teams host events, form community-wide partnerships, work on local and state policy, produce public service announcements, and more.

National Service-Learning Conference Call for Proposals

The 24th Annual National Service-Learning Conference, Without Limits, is now accepting workshop and service-learning showcase proposals from youth and adult presenters. Without Limits, hosted by NYLC in partnership with Earth Force, is the premiere event for those who view youth as solutions for stronger communities and schools.
