The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was passed in February 2009 with the intent to stimulate the economy through strategic and significant investment. Early projections estimate Utah will receive up to $1.6 billion in direct funding. Utah is committed to responsible, accountable, and transparent distribution and use of these funds.
