Credit Union Officials Invited to Session Co-Hosted by NCUA Region 3
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (April 12, 2012) – National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board Chairman Debbie Matz today opened registration for her fourth “Listening Session,” which will take place on June 12 from 1:00–4:00 p.m. at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando.
“Stakeholders can now register for any of our first four Listening Sessions, and we expect to open registration for our final two sessions next week,” said Chairman Matz. “Credit union officials and volunteers are welcome to take this opportunity to tell us how we can improve our exam process, regulations, and any other initiatives to protect credit union safety and soundness.”
Chairman Matz is planning Listening Sessions for the following dates, times, and locations:

Participation is open to the first 150 people who register. Space is still available at all sessions. Participants will have opportunities to dialog with NCUA Board members, senior NCUA staff, and supervisory examiners from the NCUA Region co-hosting each Listening Session. Participants will also be invited to contribute to roundtable discussions with their peers.
