It's easy to track your waiver request, just click on Waiver Status.

Waiver Status

To access our Waivers web application, the "Log In / Registration" web page will require a valid user id and password.

Login Enter your UserID and password, and then click the "Login" button.

Did you forget your User ID/password? If you cannot remember your UserID and/or password OR if you are converting your old e-mail-based login to the new UserID-based login then use the 'reset account' feature. Enter your E-mail address and click the 'Reset Account' button - we will send you a new UserID and password.

First time User? If you do not already have a UNICOR online account, please create one by typing your e-mail address and clicking the 'Register Now' button.

Help with "Waiver Status"

After you log in, a list of your ten most-recent waiver requests will be displayed. You may view the details and status for each. Older waiver requests may be searched by the UNICOR Waiver Request number, or by your Customer Reference number. You may also search by date range and retrieve a list of your last 100 or less waiver requests.

If your waiver has been processed, you may view the Approval and/or Denial Letter, and print it from your browser.
