Founded in 1980 as The Older Women's League, OWL is a national grassroots membership organization that focuses solely on issues unique to women as they age. OWL strives to improve the status and quality of life for midlife and older women.
Becky Sykes is the former President and CEO of the Dallas Women’s Foundation, one of the oldest and largest of the 110 women’s foundations in the U.S. She and 18 other women founded the foundation in 1985. Becky served as its first board chair for three years and returned in 1998 as executive director. Click here to read more.
