Toolkits:
- Partnerships for the Common Good: A Partnership Guide for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations (PDF-15MB) – This Partnership Guide will point you to particular opportunities to form partnerships with Centers for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships across government, as well as helpful information on how to apply for federal grants and access capacity-building resources to support the great work that you are already doing.
- Let’s Move Faith and Communities Toolkit (PDF-15MB) – A guide to help faith-based and neighborhood organizations transform neighborhoods, engage communities and promote healthy choices as part of First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! initiative.
- Seasonal Flu Guide for Faith-based and Community Organizations (PDF-719KB) (Spanish PDF-830KB) – Information for community and faith-based organizations (CFBOs) that know their communities well and can help keep communities healthy during the flu season.

- HealthCare.gov Fact Sheet (PDF-109KB) – Information on how HealthCare.gov makes it easy for community members to learn about the benefits they are eligible for through the Affordable Care Act, and to compare insurance plans and find the option that’s best for them.
- Faith and Communities Fight Flu (PDF-69KB) (Spanish PDF-120KB) – Five tips for faith and community organizations to play an important role in keeping families and communities healthy.
Affordable Care Act (ACA):
- Affordable Care Act (PDF - 2MB) – Information for the Affordable Care Act 101 conference call series. Find out how the Affordable Care Act expands access to care, ends abuses of insurers, and makes health care more affordable. The law helps those with pre-existing health conditions, people who are under age 26 and without health insurance, the most vulnerable in our society and those who are currently insured.
- Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan (PDF - 230KB) – Information on how the Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Program provides comprehensive coverage at the same price that healthy people pay. Enrollees receive primary and specialty care, hospital care, prescription drugs, home health and hospice care, skilled nursing care, preventive health and maternity care. This program is only available until 2014—when new insurance rules go in to effect.
