Deep Research in the Dry Valleys of Antarctica
Diana Wall, founding director of CSU's School of Global Environmental Sustainability, has a Valley in Antarctica named after her. She served on a White House panel to determine the future of U.S. research in Antarctica. And this fall, the governor of South Dakota proclaimed Diana Wall Day in her honor.

Library Offers New Spaces for Study & Collaboration
The library is a place where the entire campus community gathers to work, study, collaborate on group projects, and relax with a cup of coffee. Gettting to this point has meant three major expansions and renovations, including the most recent in 2011-2012.

TEDxCSU will host a diverse and innovative lineup of speakers for their second annual campus conference - "TEDxCSU 2013: Expanding Your Perspectives" on March 2.

Campus is Ready for RecycleMania
RecycleMania, a nationwide recycling and waste reduction competition among more than 650 universities, kicks off February 3 and continues through March 30.
CSU has placed in the top 5 percent each year for the 10 years the university has competed. -
Leading the Way in Science Education
The Little Shop of Physics, an interactive traveling science program, develops creative ways to share the wonders of science with thousands of children throughout Colorado, the U.S. and abroad. Since 1991, the program has reached more than 275,000 students through in-class and online experiments.
