NCBI Mouse Resources

Raw MSC data are freely available in the National Center for Biotechnology Information Trace Archive and in the Ensembl Trace Server. The private company Celera Genomics also has generated a draft mouse genome sequence, which is accessible by subscription.

The NCBI Mouse Genome Resources page includes the Graphical Mouse Genome Map Viewer for searching data by map position, gene symbol, gene name, or marker name; Human-Mouse Homology Map; and special BLAST form to facilitate searches of finished mouse genome sequence.
