NSLS-II Technical Associate I, Diagnostics and Instrumentation Group Accelerator Systems

Belkacem joined the project on September 2, 2008. His primary role will consist of testing, installation and commissioning of NSLS-II facility beam instrumentation such as beam position monitors & current monitors. He will also be assigned to maintain quality, calibration and test logs of all instrumentation systems.

Bel has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and has a diverse and varied technical background as an RF technician, biomedical field engineer and high school teacher focusing on electrical and computer engineering.
