Working in collaboration with our colleagues at the Office of the Deputy
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Systems Engineering, DAU is pleased to announce the launch of our new Web-based Technical Review Slide Rule. Technical Reviews and audits assist program office management teams to document technical requirements, synthesize certifiable designs, assess performance and systems safety risk, and produce and deploy systems to achieve required capability. Like all program elements, the number, type and scheduling of such reviews should be tailored to the task undertaken. This outstanding new learning asset is intended to serve as a handy reference for not only the technical community, but for the program manager, the product support manager, and indeed the entire defense acquisition workforce.
