Annual Reports
Pesticide Registration Fees
The Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) of 2003 (PDF) establishes pesticide registration service fees for registration actions in three pesticide program divisions: Antimicrobials, Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention, and the Registration Divisions. PRIA also requires EPA to publish an annual report describing actions taken under PRIA during the past fiscal year. PRIA annual reports include a review of the progress made in carrying out the Agency’s obligations under the Act, a description of the staffing and resources associated with the review of and decision-making on applications, and a review of its progress in meeting the reregistration and tolerance reassessment timeline requirements.

Report content varies by year, but in general reports cover core topics such as science and research, reregistration and tolerances, outreach and education, international coordination, also special coverage areas, for example administration initiatives.
