ALCGRSV 058/10 – Retention of Reservists on Medical Hold outlines the medical hold process.
Requests for Medical Hold shall be submitted using the Med Hold Message Template.
Line of Duty (LOD) Determination Investigations shall be completed IAW Chapter 7 of the Administrative Investigations Manual and shall be emailed to PSC-rpm-3 at ARL-DG-CGPSC-RPM_RESERVE_MEDICAL@USCG.MIL.
Medical Status updates are required at least once each 30-day period using the Physician’s Report Form.
Monthly reports and supporting documentation shall be emailed to RPM-rpm-3 at ARL-DG-CGPSC-RPM_RESERVE_MEDICAL@USCG.MIL.
Commands must submit monthly reports of all current medical holds to PSC-rpm-3. Reports must be submitted through the cognizant District (Dxr) and Area. Click here for the downloadable reporting format.
