Recovery Act Reporting Webinars
DOE will hold a series of Webinars on reporting requirements for state and local governments, Indian Tribes, and U.S. territories participating in the WAP, SEP and EECBG programs for the new reporting guidance issued in September 2010. Draft Recovery Act Reporting Guidance
Public Comments Received Regarding NHPA Compliance
On September 23, 2010, in connection with the Department of Energy's (DOE) Information Collection Request (ICR) on Historic Preservation reporting, a 14-day Notice of Proposed Agency Information Collection on Historic Preservation was announced in the Federal Register. The comment period ended on October 7, 2010. A total of four comments were received, including a joint comment by the National Community Action Foundation, the National Association of State Energy Officials and the National Association for State Community Services Programs. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has received these comments and they are currently under review.
