Acquisition Process
Three processes cooperate to deliver capabilities needed by warfighters: the requirements process (JCIDS); the acquisition process (DAS); and the program and budget development process (PPBE). Includes links to DoD and Service policies, guidance, tools, and resources:

DAU has established several strategic partnerships that allow Defense Workforce members to find academic institutions in their area and online offering credits for DAU courses. This allows students to conveniently obtain necessary degrees and certificates to meet education requirements for career advancement with institutions near their home station or online.
