At a General Court-Martial on 5 March 2012, SPC Michael B. Hardee, E-Co., 3-2 GSAB, 2CAB, 2ID, APO AP 96271, was found guilty of taking Indecent Liberties with a Child, in violation of Article 120, UCMJ; Sodomy of a Child, in violation of Article 125, UCMJ; and Possession of Child Pornography, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. On 8 March 2012, he was sentenced to 27 years of confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, and to be discharged from the service with a Dishonorable Discharge.
At a Special Court-Martial on 14 March 2012, SPC Richard, Quinton, F Co.,302d Brigade Support Battalion (1-72d AR), 1st Brigade Combat Team, 2d Infantry Division, APO AP 96224 was found guilty of violating a lawful general order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ. He was sentenced to 7 months of confinement and reduction to the grade of E-1.
At a General Court-Martial on 16 March 2012, SGT Kirkland, Billy, United Nations Command - Security Battalion - Joint Security Area, APO AP 96205 was found guilty of violating a lawful general regulation, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ and distributing a controlled substance under Article 112a, UCMJ. He was sentenced to 60 days and reduced to the grade of E-3.
At a Special Court-Martial on 27 March 2012, SGT Johnny E. Cain, A-Co., 602D ASB, 2CAB, 2ID, APO AP 96271, was found guilty of being Absent without Leave, in violation of Article 86, UCMJ. He was sentenced to 9 months of confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $1,700 a month for 9 months, and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-conduct Discharge.

In Seoul Central District Court on 15 March 2012, SPC Robert C. Delagrande-Soliz, E Co, 402d Aviation, USAG-Humphreys, was convicted of Damage and Destruction of Property. His adjudged sentence was a 1,000,000 Won fine.
In Seoul Central District Court on 15 March 2012, MAJ Christopher D. Gilbert, HHB, HHD (duty with J-2), USAG-Yongsan, was convicted of traffic law violations. His adjudged sentence was a 2,000,000 Won fine.
In Seoul Central District Court on 29 March 2012, PVT Nicholas A. Topous, C Co, 2/9th Infantry, USAG-Casey, was found not guilty. He was previously charged with Violations of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (Psychotropic Drug).
In Seoul Central District Court on 29 March 2012, SPC Andrew M. Forton, 551st ICTC, USAG-Daegu (Carroll), was convicted of Violations of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (Psychotropic Drug). His adjudged sentence was imprisonment for 2 years and 6 months, not suspended, and ordered to pay a civil assessment of 9,200,000 Won.
In Seoul Central District Court on 29 March 2012, PVT Warren N. Tyson, HHC, 2/9th Infantry, USAG-Casey, was convicted of Violations of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (Psychotropic Drug). His adjudged sentence was imprisonment for 2 years and 6 months, suspended for 3 years.
