Disease Trends data for 1996 - last week
- Mortality data from the CDC 122 Cities Mortality Reporting System as printed in Table III of the MMWR each week.
- Morbidity data on provisional cases of selected national notifiable diseases, from the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS). NNDSS data reported by the 50 states, New York City, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories are collated and published weekly as numbered tables printed in the back of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR). Cases reported by state health departments to CDC for weekly publication are provisional because of ongoing revision of information and delayed reporting.

Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System data for the years 1990 - last month
- Information collected for reports of adverse health effects after vaccination with licensed vaccines. Data are available for the United States by state, age group, gender, vaccine and symptoms for reports received since the year 1990. Review data limitations and cautions in the interpretation of this data before use.

- Data are updated monthly and include reports received through the last Friday of the previous month. Data updates are released on the first Thursday of each month.
Data2010 system data for monitoring Healthy People 2010 Goals - last quarter
- DATA2010 is an interactive database system developed by staff of the Division of Health Promotion Statistics at the National Center for Health Statistics, and contains the most recent monitoring data for tracking Healthy People 2010. Data are included for all the objectives and subgroups identified in the Healthy People 2010: Objectives for Improving Health. DATA2010 contains primarily national data. However, state-based data are provided as available. All data in DATA2010 are the most recent available and may include revisions or corrections. Therefore, some data may differ from data previously shown.

Compressed Mortality File (CMF) data for the years 1968-2010 (February 2013)
- National, state and county mortality data by underlying cause of death, age group, race and sex since the year 1979. Death counts, age-specific rates, age-adjusted rates, standard errrors and 95% confidence intervals for rates are available, as well as infant mortality indicators, injury mortality categories and urbanization categories. Underlying cause of death is specified by ICD 10 codes since year 1999, specified by ICD 9 codes for the years 1979-1998, and specified by ICD 8 codes for the years 1968-1978.

Births: Natality 1995-2010 (December2012)
- Counts of live births occurring within the United States to U.S. residents, since the year 1995. Information from birth certificates, including birth and maternal characteristics and risk factors, such as availability of prenatal care. Data are available by county of mother's residence, and characteristics of the mother, birth and child.

Infant Deaths: Linked Birth / Death Records 1995-2008 (December 2012)
- Counts of deaths, live births and death rates for deaths of children under 1 year of age, occurring within the United States to U.S. residents since the year 1995. Information from death certificates has been linked to corresponding birth certificates. Data are available by county of mother's residence, underlying cause of infant death, and characteristics of the mother, birth and child.

Online Tuberculosis Information System (OTIS) for the years 1993-2010 (December 2012)
- Information on verified tuberculosis (TB) cases reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by state health departments, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. These data were extracted from the CDC national TB surveillance system. Data for demographic and disease characteristics are included in the data set. Obtain incidence counts and rates, and show the percentage of cases that have completed therapy in less than 1 year of diagnosis, and cases tested for drug susceptibility. Data are available at the national, state, and large metropolitan statistical area level since the year 1993.

Detailed Mortality: Underlying Cause of Death (UCD) data for the years 1999-2010 (November 2012)
- The Underlying Cause of Death database contains mortality and population counts for all U.S. counties. Counts and rates of death can be obtained by underlying cause of death, place of legal residence (region, division, state and county), age (single-year-of age, 5-year age groups, 10-year age groups and infant age groups) race, Hispanic ethnicity, sex, year, month and week day of death. Data are also available for urbanization categories, drug and alcohol related causes of death, injury intent and injury mechanism categories, as well as place of death and whether an autopsy was performed. Cause of death is specified in ICD-10 codes.

Multiple Cause of Death (MCD) data for the years 1999-2010 (November 2012)
- National, state and county mortality data by underlying cause and up to twenty multiple causes of death for each death certicate. Data are available by age group (single-year-of age, 5-year age groups, 10-year age groups and infant age groups), race, Hispanic ethnicity, sex, year, month and week day of death, urbanization categories, place of death and whether an autopsy was performed. Death counts, age-specific rates, and age-adjusted rates are available, as well as 95% confidence intervals and standard errors. Causes of death are specified by ICD 10 codes since year 1999, as well as infant mortality indicators, injury intent and mechanism, and drug/alcohol related causes.

Daily Precipitation (October 2012)
- The North America Land Data Assimilation System (NLDAS) data available on CDC WONDER are county-level daily precipitation measures spanning the years 1979-2010. Precipitation data are available in millimeters (mm). Reported measures are the precipitation, number of observations, and range for the daily precipitation values. Data are available by place (combined 48 contiguous states, region, division, state, county), time (year, month, day) and specified precipitation value.

Daily Sunlight (September 2012)
- The North America Land Data Assimilation System (NLDAS) data available on CDC WONDER are county-level daily sunlight (insolation) measures spanning the years 1979-2010. Reported measures are the average sunlight (insolation or solar radiation) in kilojoules per square meter (KJ/m2), number of observations, and range for the daily sunlight values. Data are available by place (combined 48 contiguous states, region, division, state, county), time (year, month, day) and specified insolation value.

Daily Land Surface Temperature (September 2012)
- Daily day and night land surface average temperatures, range, percent of coverage and number of observations are available in Fahrenheit or Celsius for years 2003-2008, from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) system. Temperature data are available in Fahrenheit or Celsius scales. The daily land surface temperature data available on CDC WONDER are county-level daily measures spanning the years 2003-2008. Data are available by place (combined 48 contiguous states, region, division, state, county), time (year, month, day) and specified temperature value.

Daily Fine Particulate Matter (April 2012)
- The Outdoor Air Quality - Fine Particulate Matter data available on CDC WONDER are geographically aggregated daily measures of fine particulate matter in the outdoor air. PM2.5 particles are air pollutants with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less. Reported measures are the daily measure of fine particulate matter in micrograms per cubic meter (PM2.5) (µg/m³), the number of observations, minimum and maximum range value, and standard deviation. Data are available by place (combined 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia, region, division, state, county), time (year, month, day) and specified fine particulate matter (µg/m³)value. County-level and higher data are aggregated from 10 kilometer square spatial resolution grids.

National Program of Cancer Registries cancer incidence 1999-2009 (March 2012)
- National Program of Cancer Registries 1999-2008 cancer incidence data are available for the United States, by state, age group, race, gender, childhood cancer classifications and cancer site.
- United States Cancer Statistics 1999-2006 incidence and mortality data are available for the United States, state and metropolitan areas (MSA) by age group, race, gender, childhood cancer classifications and cancer site.
- Obtain reports of disease incidence counts, death counts, age-adjusted rates and 95% confidence intervals. Data are provided by the United States Cancer Statistics (USCS), and only include reports from cancer registries that met specific data quality criteria.

Daily Air Temperatures and Heat Index (January 2012)
- The North America Land Data Assimilation System (NLDAS) data available on CDC WONDER are county-level daily average air temperatures and heat index measures spanning the years 1979-2010. Temperature data are available in Fahrenheit or Celsius scales. Reported measures are the average temperature, number of observations, and range for the daily maximum and minimum air temperatures, and the daily maximum heat index. Data are available by place (combined 48 contiguous states, region, division, state, county), time (year, month, day) and specified maximum and minimum air temperature, and heat index value.

United States Cancer Statistics: Incidence and Mortality for the years 1999-2008 (December 2011)
- Cancer incidence and mortality data are available for the United States, state and metropolitan areas (MSA) by age group, race, gender, childhood cancer classifications and cancer site. Obtain reports of disease incidence counts, death counts, age-adjusted rates and 95% confidence intervals. Data are provided by the United States Cancer Statistics (USCS), and only include reports from cancer registries that met specific data quality criteria.

Sexually Transmitted Disease data for the years 1984-2009 (July 2011)
- National and state incidence data by year, gender of patient, type of STD, and state and territory. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) morbidity case reports for the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.

Bridged-Race Population Estimates for the years 1990 - 2009 (September 2010)
- Population denominator data based on the July 1st resident population intercensal Census Estimates for 1990-1999, and the July 1st postcensal estimates for the years 2000 and later. Data are available at the national, state or county level for age groups or for single-year-of-age cohorts. The 31 race categories from the year 2000 Census are "bridged" to 4 race categories for trends analysis of Public Health data.

AIDS and HIV incidence data for the years 1981-2002 (March 2006)
- AIDS and HIV incidence data are available for the United States, rural and metropolitan areas (MSA) by reporting and diagnosis date, place, demographics, case definition, risk factors and vital status. This data set contains counts of AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) cases reported to CDC by state and local health departments for the years 1981 - 2002, published in 2003.
