Man Sentenced to Probation for Child Pornography
FEBRUARY 13, 2012

BOSTON - A Marlborough man was sentenced today in federal court for possession of child pornography.

Paul Proulx, 28, previously of Marlborough, now of Leominster, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Joseph L. Tauro to five years probation, the first six months to be served on home confinement fine. The government recommended Proulx be sentenced to 33 months in prison.

On Nov. 2, 2011, Proulx pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
