The Criminal Division

The Criminal Division of the U. S. Attorney's Office is the largest of the Office's divisions. Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the Criminal Division serve in six major units, which operate both separately and collaboratively, on all types of federal criminal cases:

Computer Crimes & Child Exploitation

The Civil Division

Assistant U.S. Attorneys in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office represent the interests of the federal government in all civil litigation involving the United States, its departments and agencies and federal employees in the Western District of Missouri. Civil cases represent a significant portion of the caseload of the office of the United States Attorney and cover a broad and diverse subject matter.
