Some $2.5 million is available for competitive HIV/AIDS cooperative agreements that will support prevention and testing for at-risk adolescents, employing technology-based approaches, social networking web sites, and peer educators.

OMH Invites Applications for HIV/AIDS Health Promotion and Education Grants
Approximately $2.3 million is available for new, competitive grants under OMH's HIV/AIDS Health Promotion and Education Program ("HIV/AIDS Program").
Technical Assistance and Capacity Development Demonstration Grant Program for HIV/AIDS-Related Services in Minority Communities
FY 2005-2007 Grantees

Grant recipients will identify community-based minority-serving organizations that are well linked with minority populations affected by HIV/AIDS, and which have recognized needs and/or gaps in their capacity to provide HIV/AIDS-related prevention and care services.
