Maj. Windy Hendrick, a fighter pilot with the Air National Guard, discusses how people can join the Air National Guard as an officer. The following paths can lead to becoming an officer in the Air Guard: having a bachelor’s degree and attending Officer Training School (OTS), attending the Air Force Academy, enrolling in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), direct appointments or enlisted commissioning programs.
