Jeff Davis, an Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) cadet at Old Dominion University, balances his college education with his military training.

The ROTC program gives students time to keep up with their studies. After graduating from ROTC, Davis will become a second lieutenant and will enter the Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard.
