Showers will linger before ending overnight as a cold front tracks to the east. Skies will begin to clear during the early morning hours with temperatures ranging from the 20s to lower 30s.
Partly cloudy skies and even colder temperatures are on the way Friday with highs around 40 to 45 degrees. Wind chills will make it feel a few degrees cooler. Look for highs this weekend in the 40s. Yet another front will approach the mid-Atlantic late Sunday and into early Monday bringing our next best chance for precipitation.

Specular Spectacular
This near-infrared, color mosaic from NASA's Cassini spacecraft shows the sun glinting off of Titan's north polar seas. While Cassini has captured, separately, views of the polar seas and the sun glinting off of them in the past, this is the first time both have been seen together in the same view.
