Presenters will include: Mr. Charlie Williams, Director of the Defense Contract Management Agency; Mr. Elliott Branch, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition and Procurement; Mr. Brett Lambert, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy; and Dr. Nayantara Hensel, Professor of Industry and Business, Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
