Nancy K. Andrews, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, Contracting, Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. She implements and interprets policy, establishes contracting processes, and furnishes guidance and assistance in all phases of contracting for systems sustainment, research and development, services, materiel, supplies, and support equipment within the center's mission area as well as the base industrial complex.
Ms. Andrews was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She began federal service in 1985 as an accounting intern for the Army stationed at Dugway Proving Grounds, Utah. She entered the Air Force in the Palace Acquire Intern Program at Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., in 1989. She has served in a wide variety of contracting assignments for the Space and Missile Systems Center, National Reconnaissance Office, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, and Electronics Systems Center.
