The Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA’s) Environmental and Historic Preservation effort integrates the stewardship of environmental, historic, and cultural resources into FEMA's mission, programs, and activities; helps ensure that FEMA's activities and programs comply with federal environmental and historic preservation (EHP) laws and executive orders; and provides EHP technical assistance to FEMA staff, local, state and federal partners, and grantees and subgrantees.
