Federal Center South Building 1202 Dedication

The U.S. General Services Administration, Sellen Construction, and ZGF Architects invite you to the dedication of the Federal Center South Building 1202, home of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District Headquarters. This adaptive reuse project is anticipated to be one of the most aggressively sustainable office buildings in the nation earning an Energy Star Score of 100, putting it in the top 1% of comparable buildings.
