Cell and Tissue Mechanics Group

Welcome

CELL AND TISSUE MECHANICS GROUP (853.08): Develops new measurement methods and related standards for reliability of biological materials such as cells and tissues and biomaterials when the two interface. These methods are designed to provide medical researchers and the medical device industry with expanded capabilities to assess the interaction between biomaterials and the body and therefore enable new discoveries in disease diagnosis and treatment.
