Mr. Milobar is the District Director for the Nebraska District Office of the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA). His primary duties include the SBA’s guarantee loan program, small business technical assistance and government contracting assistance.

Mr. Milobar joined the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2005 as the District Director in Portland, Oregon. In April of 2007, Mr. Milobar was assigned to the Nebraska District Office. Prior to joining the agency, Mr. Milobar was the Associate State Director at the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1982 – 2005). He was responsible for the management and technical assistance provided to new and existing businesses throughout the nine service centers located in Nebraska. In addition, Mr. Milobar was responsible for managing NBDC’s consulting services provided as part of Nebraska’s Industrial Competitiveness Service and Procurement Technical Assistance Center. These programs were operated in conjunction with the National Institute of Standards, Manufacturing Extension program and the Defense Logistic Agency.
