WHO Foundation, The
The Women Helping Others (WHO) Foundation supports grass-roots charities serving the overlooked needs of women and children. Grants are provided to nonprofit organizations serving women and/or children in the United States and Puerto Rico. Projects and programs addressing health, education and social service needs reveive priority. The Foundation does NOT fund grants, loans or scholarships to individuals or educational institutions.
