In the News: The University of Cincinnati Libraries

April 12, 2012 | By Adriana Cutler

The University of Cincinnati Libraries’ Albert B. Sabin digitization project is featured in the current issue of the Ohio Archivist from the Society of Ohio Archivists.  The project focuses on digitizing and making accessible the papers of Dr. Albert B. Sabin, the developer of the oral polio vaccine.  Through the work of the Henry R. Winkler Center for the History of the Health Professions at the University of Cincinnati Libraries, the inventory of Dr. Sabin’s papers may be browsed at http://sabin.uc.edu/inventory.cfm.

To learn more about both Dr. Sabin and this digitization project, please visit the University of Cincinnati Libraries blog.

The project mentioned in this article has been awarded through the NEH Division of Preservation and Access's Humanities Collections and Reference Resources grant program: PW50552.
