Synopsis: E61762A - Plant Maintenance

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is in need of a Contractor to provide regular maintenance services for the interior plants and flowers at the NSF headquarters located at 4201 and 4121 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington Virginia. The Contractor shall ensure that the plants and flowers are always beautiful and healthy. Services shall include but are not limited to watering, cleaning, trimming, pruning, adding moss, soil, mulch, fertilizer inspection and treatment for fungus and insects is also included.  Switching out plants is authorized when required, however the COTR must be notified of all requirements in the area. 

The Contractor shall provide flowering plants on a rotational/seasonal basis for the three high traffic or high profile areas in the facility. The replacement cycle shall be seven times per year.

We have plants located in 39 locations, a map of the locations is available upon request. 

The period of performance is for one year from the date of award.
