Synopsis: DACS11Q2124 - ERC Consulting and Support Service

The National Science Foundation (NSF), Engineering Research Centers Program (ERC) intends to procure consultant services for additional support to help with the review and award processing of proposals that were received under a current solicitation.  Assistance is needed from an individual that has direct experience with both the ERC program requirements and the SBIR program requirements.  The period of performance is from the date of award through July 7, 2011.

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ).

A statement of work describing our requirement is attached.  Terms and conditions will be negotiated with the selected vendor.

Award will be made to the firm whose quote is determine to offer the best value to the National Science Foundation (NSF).  In addition to price, NSF will consider the resumes of proposed staff.

Firms interested in this requirement are requested to submit a quote (with pricing for the effort) and a brief capability statement (to include resumes of proposed staff), via email to jgosey@nsf.gov, no later than Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 12:00 pm, EST.
